Tandem Agency ApS acts as a data processor under a written Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
We process client data only on documented instructions and do not use client data to train general AI models unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary:
Enquiries & prospects: typically up to 12 months
Client records: for the contract duration plus statutory retention periods
Accounting records: 5 years (Danish bookkeeping law)
Recruitment data: normally 6 months unless consented otherwise
Website logs: short operational periods unless required for security investigations
